Move your body or it will quit on you!

The REWARDS for taking 20 or 30 minutes a day (you still have 23 1/2 hours left to be busy) to move your BODY are amazing.   I personally practice yoga for 1 1/2 hours 1 to 3x a week and take a dance class for two hours.  I’m a single parent and work full time.  Moving your body removes toxins from your system and keeps you healthier, promotes weight loss, provides energy, clears the mind and gets you in the mood (if you know what I mean).  Healthier body makes for a happier mind!

When you walk, that cross patterning movement strengthens, cleans and electrifies the entire body. Your body tubes flex and contract assisting in the process of elimination.

The metabolic process of elimination through movement and perspiration helps cleanse you by “venting”.  You vent 24 hours a day, and even more so when you move.

The Immune and Lymphatic system which protect our bodies by cleaning our blood and cells of plaque, parasites, viruses, and bacteria is actually only stimulated by movement. Our circulatory system has a heart to pump the blood around the body where as the only way to get this critical cleaning system online is to move and exercise. Walk, Run, Swim, Go Bike Ride, Do Yoga, Dance or even Sex works.  

My suggestions:

  1. It´s all about integrating it into your life.  It will have massive rewards for the rest of your life. If you can only find the time to walk, walk in the sun for 20 minutes, out in the fresh air and take water with you to keep hydrated.
  2. It doesn´t have to be hard, go easy but go regularly. 10 minutes is better than 0 minutes
