He was in search of answers on how people live to be over 100. The oldies but goodies varied in their answers some said they had a glass of milk every day; others it was bacon and martinis daily; vegetarian; raw foodist; smoked and had protein. Their diets were all over the place but their lifestyle was similar. They walked daily (gets your internal machine warmed up), bent over (squeezes your insides) and were smiling and happy. I love the simplicity of this, its super esy psy for all walks of life. This is how I intend to live to 109 just like Bernando Lapollo here…..
