I was on 27 supplements and meds when I met Don Tolman (not a doctor but Whole Foods Practitioner – ie. heal the body through whole foods) at a David Wolfe conference. I went off everything after my consultation with him the next day in 2009.

He suggested I drink a quart of room temperature water with a heaping teaspoon himalayan sea salt upon waking, 1 cup of mushrooms (any type prepared any way) 3 times a day plus some kelp for 90 days. I still have mushrooms now.

I did not skip a beat by going off everything. I felt good!

He also taught me about eliminating processed food and water fasting. I ended up doing a 19 day water fast that November (I’ve got videos out on this).
