One of my favorite snacks/lunches is celery, avocado, olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon juice, sea salt, cayenne and pepper. I became addicted to this when I was doing a cleanse to reset my gut by gently removing parasites, pesticides & toxins from my body. I missed the crunch of food and celery was just the ticket for me. I don’t even really like celery but I know it is good for my bones. With all the toppings it actually tastes great! Another easy switch is using roasted cauliflower vs. chips for nachos! So delicious. With all the goodness of whole fruits and vegetables its easy to eliminate the processed stuff when you want to. xo, Laurie
